Potato Museum - Blackfoot Idaho. I didn't try to take pics of the exhibits inside as the exhibits were cramped, as far as layout, the museum was more crowded than I expected, and lighting was not good for photos. An interesting stop, nonetheless, if you are passing through Blackfoot.
