Wheelock North Dakota is a ghost town in Williams county. This one was creepy feeling. Although the buildings were all really run down and appeared vacant, I had the feeling there were squatters living in some of them and that I was being watched. There was also a gang of roving stray dogs who looked rough and malnourished. I stayed inside my car as I explored the town and shot from the road, it didn't feel like it would be safe to get out and start walking about.
